RIS is looking for agents to manage specific areas in Arizona, California, and Nevada that are not being properly serviced by anyone to date. As a new agent we understand the stresses of earning money right away and we provide compensation for up to 6 months for full-time agents as they grow their book of business. During the 6 months, additional bonus income can and should be earned based on achievable goals.

For the trial period, we pay $35 per re-written e-book. When the 30 day trial period is over, if we opt to continue working
together, you would be paid $45 per re-written e-book. All e-books must pass a CopyScape test to insure they are original.
This is pretty easy work because the re-written e-books don’t need to be majorly researched – you can get the majority of
your work done via Google. It will probably take you between 3 and 5 dedicated hours, depending on your experience level
and how fast you can type. (And remember – the more practice you get, the faster it will get.)
You will work as a freelance contractor for us and we will provide you with a 1099 at the end of each financial year.

SPORTS FILM ANALYSIS
Employment Opportunities
Each season, Synergy hires and trains a team of Basketball Loggers to help identify and tag every play of every game in the Synergy database. The games are logged in two steps–Phase One logging and Phase Two logging. Loggers work from their homes using their own computers. The game clips viewed by Basketball Loggers are downloaded from one of three data centers into Synergy’s proprietary logging software.
Phase One logging is where the process begins. Phase One Loggers break down the games into individual possessions and attach basic tags, such as free throws and offensive rebounds. You don’t have to know the sport in-depth, but it helps to understand basketball basics. It’s more important to have a good proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn.
Phase Two logging is where coaching-specific criteria are attached to the clips created in the first Phase. Phase Two Loggers identify players, play types, defenders, defensive sets, shot type, court location and the outcome of a play. This phase of logging requires an in-depth understanding of basketball and the willingness to learn the specific play types collected by Synergy. Many of Synergy’s Phase Two Loggers have either played or coached basketball in the past, which gave them a good basis for learning the professional criteria Synergy uses for logging.
The best Basketball Loggers are organized, motivated, dedicated and have a solid understanding of technology. Loggers love basketball, are flexible and able to take and apply critiques of their efforts.
Trainees are paid $8.55 per hour. Phase One logging pays $15 per game and Phase Two game rates vary from $25-40, depending on the type of game. Experienced Phase One Loggers can complete a game in an hour or less; experienced Phase Two Loggers can complete a game in 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
You MUST have a newer PC computer and a broadband connection. Loggers are scheduled in shifts and are required to work evenings and weekends.
Becoming a Basketball Logger
Synergy only hires new Basketball Loggers who reside in Arizona, Florida and Texas. Please do not apply if you do not currently live in one of those states.
The first step is to fill out an informational Survey and take our Basketball Familiarity Quiz. Once you have completed the Survey and Quiz, you will be sent links to either the Phase One or Phase Two Logging Tutorial. You will complete the Logging Tutorials and take the final exam on your own time. At the completion of the Tutorials, you will take a Final Exam; your score on the exam will determine if you will be contacted for a phone interview.

Each season, Synergy hires and trains a team of Basketball Loggers to help identify and tag every play of every game in the Synergy database. The games are logged in two steps–Phase One logging and Phase Two logging. Loggers work from their homes using their own computers. The game clips viewed by Basketball Loggers are downloaded from one of three data centers into Synergy’s proprietary logging software.
Phase One logging is where the process begins. Phase One Loggers break down the games into individual possessions and attach basic tags, such as free throws and offensive rebounds. You don’t have to know the sport in-depth, but it helps to understand basketball basics. It’s more important to have a good proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn.
Phase Two logging is where coaching-specific criteria are attached to the clips created in the first Phase. Phase Two Loggers identify players, play types, defenders, defensive sets, shot type, court location and the outcome of a play. This phase of logging requires an in-depth understanding of basketball and the willingness to learn the specific play types collected by Synergy. Many of Synergy’s Phase Two Loggers have either played or coached basketball in the past, which gave them a good basis for learning the professional criteria Synergy uses for logging.
The best Basketball Loggers are organized, motivated, dedicated and have a solid understanding of technology. Loggers love basketball, are flexible and able to take and apply critiques of their efforts.
Trainees are paid $8.55 per hour. Phase One logging pays $15 per game and Phase Two game rates vary from $25-40, depending on the type of game. Experienced Phase One Loggers can complete a game in an hour or less; experienced Phase Two Loggers can complete a game in 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
You MUST have a newer PC computer and a broadband connection. Loggers are scheduled in shifts and are required to work evenings and weekends.
Becoming a Basketball Logger
Synergy only hires new Basketball Loggers who reside in Arizona, Florida and Texas. Please do not apply if you do not currently live in one of those states.
The first step is to fill out an informational Survey and take our Basketball Familiarity Quiz. Once you have completed the Survey and Quiz, you will be sent links to either the Phase One or Phase Two Logging Tutorial. You will complete the Logging Tutorials and take the final exam on your own time. At the completion of the Tutorials, you will take a Final Exam; your score on the exam will determine if you will be contacted for a phone interview.
